plea8 What Our Live Dealer Lobby Carries

What Our Live Dealer Lobby Carries

The plea8 live dealer lobby is built around studio streams from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two providers that run their own dedicated camera setups with trained croupiers dealing every round in real time. From classic Live Baccarat to fast-pace Speed Baccarat, the table types cater to how you want to pace your session. Dragon Tiger sits alongside multi-camera Sic Bo

for those who prefer straightforward betting rounds. Players in Melaka and across Malaysia reach these tables without switching apps — the lobby loads in your mobile browser and holds connection through a standard LTE session. RTP figures are displayed only where the studio exposes them in-game.

TABLE HELP PATHS

Help When You Need It at the Live Tables

Live sessions move fast. If something interrupts your round — a disconnection, a bet that did not register, or a payout that looks off — our support team is here to sort it. Reach us through any of the three channels below, and have your account ID and the table name ready to speed things up.

Live Chat Open the chat icon from the lobby page while at your table. A team member picks up the thread and checks the round history on our end so you do not lose your place.
Email Support For disconnection disputes or payout queries after a session ends, email our team with your account ID and the approximate round time. We trace the hand log and respond in writing.
Account Help If a deposit via GrabPay or DuitNow does not reflect before a live session starts, check the transaction status in your account wallet first — most e-wallet confirmations arrive before the next shoe deals.
HOW WE RUN TABLES

How plea8 Keeps the Live Lobby Fair

Every live table in our lobby is streamed from a studio environment — not software-generated. That means a human dealer shuffles, spins or rolls every outcome. We connect to certified studio providers who conduct their own regular audits, and we surface RTP or house-edge data only when the provider's own in-game display shows it — we do not manufacture figures. Your session history is logged to your account so you can verify each round result yourself.

Studio-Sourced Streams Tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are filmed in licensed studio facilities. Human dealers run every hand — no RNG substitutes for live rounds inside these streams.
Provider Audit Standards The studios we carry publish their own compliance documentation. We link to that where available so you can read the source directly rather than take our word for it.
Session History on Your Account Every live round result is written to your account log with a timestamp. If a payout looks wrong, you and our team can pull the exact record and check it together.
Displayed RTP Only Where Shown We do not display RTP or edge percentages unless the game provider's own interface exposes them. What you see in-game comes from the studio, not from us inventing a number.

Key Live Dealer Terms Explained

New to the live lobby or just want a clear definition before you sit down? These are the terms that come up most often across our Baccarat, Dragon Tiger and roulette tables.

What is a shoe in Live Baccarat?

A shoe is the physical card dispenser a dealer draws from. In Live Baccarat, a standard shoe holds six to eight decks shuffled together before each cycle of hands begins.

What does 'squeeze' mean in Baccarat?

Squeeze is a dealing variant where the croupier slowly bends the card to reveal it for dramatic effect. The result and house edge stay identical to standard Baccarat — it is a presentation style only.

What is the house edge on Dragon Tiger?

Dragon Tiger's house edge on the Dragon or Tiger bet is around 3.73 percent when one 52-card deck is used. The Tie bet carries a significantly higher house edge — most experienced players avoid it.

What does RTP mean at a live table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of bets the game returns over many rounds. Live tables show RTP only where the studio's own interface displays it inside the game.

What is a bet-behind option in Live Blackjack?

Bet-behind lets you wager on a seated player's hand when all main seats are taken. Your outcome follows that player's decisions exactly — you win, push or lose alongside them.

What does 'roadmap' mean in Baccarat lobbies?

A roadmap is the colour-coded result history displayed beside the Baccarat table. It tracks recent Banker and Player outcomes so you can spot patterns — though each hand is independently dealt.

Common Questions About Our Live Dealer Lobby

Before you sit at a live table for the first time — or if something is unclear mid-session — these are the questions we hear most from players using our lobby.

Our live lobby carries Live Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and Live Roulette from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios. The lobby page shows which tables are open in real time.

Yes. The live lobby loads directly in your mobile browser — no separate download is needed. Stream quality adjusts to your connection, and the table interface resizes cleanly for portrait and landscape modes.

Open your account wallet, select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, enter the amount and confirm with your e-wallet PIN. Funds reflect in your account balance before the next hand is dealt.

Any bet you placed before disconnecting stands. The round resolves on the studio side and the result is written to your session log. Reconnect and check your account history — the outcome will be there.

Most tables in our live lobby run continuously. A small number of specialist tables operate on studio schedules — check the lobby tile for the next open time if a seat shows as unavailable.

Minimum bet sizes vary by table type. Speed Baccarat and Dragon Tiger generally carry lower entry minimums than VIP Baccarat rooms. The table tile in the lobby shows the current bet range before you enter.
