What's Inside Our Live Blackjack Room

Our Live Blackjack room runs tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, covering Classic Blackjack, Speed Blackjack and side-bet variants like Perfect Pairs and 21+3. Each table shows seat limits, shoe count and dealer name before you sit down, so you know what you're joining. RTP information is shown only where the game or provider exposes it on-screen — we don't print

our own figures over it. Switch between a standard seven-seat table and a faster format without leaving the lobby; your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay balance carries straight over to any table you pick.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

How We Keep Live Blackjack Tables Honest

Running Live Blackjack well comes down to what you can see on screen — the shuffle, the shoe count, the dealer feed — and what the studios behind each table publish about their own procedures.

Dealer Stream Checks

Every Live Blackjack stream runs through a fixed camera angle and audio feed, so you can watch the shuffle, the cut card and the dealer's hands before each new shoe begins.

Studio Partner Standards

We carry Live Blackjack tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, studios that publish their own round history and shuffle procedures directly on the table interface.

Shoe and Shuffle Notes

Shoe counts and cut-card position show on screen before you place a bet, so you always know how many decks remain before the next reshuffle happens.

RTP Shown Where Published

Where a Live Blackjack table or its studio publishes RTP information on the game screen, we leave it visible as-is — we never overlay our own numbers on top.

WHILE YOU PLAY

Help While You're Seated at a Table

Live Blackjack moves fast, so we built support paths around the moments that actually happen mid-hand — a dropped connection, a disputed round, or a withdrawal check after a strong session at the table.

Live Table Reconnect If your connection drops mid-hand, your seat stays reserved for a short window so you can rejoin the same round through live chat support without losing your bet.
Round Dispute Check Flag a round you think was settled wrong straight from the table menu, and our support team pulls the dealer feed and timestamp to review the hand with you.
Account Verification Before a larger Live Blackjack withdrawal clears, we may ask for identity documents matching your account details to confirm the payout goes to the right wallet.

Live Blackjack Terms Worth Knowing

What does 'push' mean in Live Blackjack?

A push happens when your hand and the dealer's hand total the same value. Your original bet is returned and side bets stay unaffected by the tie.

What is the Perfect Pairs side bet?

Perfect Pairs is an optional wager placed before cards are dealt, paying out when your first two cards form a matching pair, separate from your main hand result.

What does 'insurance' mean at the table?

Insurance is a side wager offered when the dealer shows an Ace, protecting part of your main bet if the dealer's hidden card completes a natural blackjack.

What is the 'shoe' in Live Blackjack?

The shoe is the dealing device holding several shuffled decks. Dealers draw from it round after round until a cut card signals a reshuffle is due.

What counts as a 'natural' blackjack?

A natural blackjack is an Ace paired with a ten-value card dealt as your first two cards, usually paying higher odds than a hand built over several draws.

What are 'table limits' in Live Blackjack?

Table limits are the minimum and maximum bet amounts allowed at a given table, shown before you take a seat so you can match the limit to your wallet balance.

Live Blackjack Questions Malaysia Players Ask

Open your account, head to the Live Blackjack row in the lobby, and tap any open table. A seat loads with the dealer feed running live, ready for your first bet.

Yes — our Live Blackjack tables run in your mobile browser without a separate download, so you can place bets from your phone the same way as on desktop.

We carry Live Blackjack from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, covering Classic Blackjack, Speed Blackjack and side-bet variants, streamed from a live dealer studio feed.

Top up through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay before you sit down — your wallet balance appears next to your seat and funds each hand directly.

Your hand stays active on the table for a short window while you reconnect; if you miss the window, the dealer settles it under the table's standing rules.

Table limits vary by room — Classic Blackjack tables usually carry a different minimum from Speed Blackjack, both shown on the table card before you join.
